The program is a blend of specifically designed activities, pre-recorded content and group coaching.
It only takes 60-90 minutes of commitment for your bi-weekly group coaching session.
During the other time, you go at your own pace through the content but allow at least 1-2 hours per week for the best results.
Meet Your Coach
Career Strategist for the Mature Professional Black Woman.
Janice is founder of This Woman Can, an award winning leadership and personal development firm dedicated to empowering mature professional Black women.
Janice's career spans over three decades, during which she held key leadership roles in multinational companies across the UK and Caribbean.
Having personally navigated career transitions, Janice empathizes with the challenges women face in pursuing leadership roles, especially those she identifies as the 'Dynamic Trinity': Black, Female, and over 50. Drawing from her own experiences, including her transition from corporate CEO to career strategist, she shares practical strategies to build confidence, enhance presence, and cultivate the influence needed to excel in maturing leadership roles and life.
Janice is also the author of the international bestseller, "This Woman Can: The No Bullsh*t Guide for Women Who Lead," and the host of the "This Woman Can" podcast. Her work inspires mid-career Black women to embrace their authenticity, dream boldly, and achieve their career aspirations.
