Book as standalone for a powerful introduction to career coaching, or for fast help on a specific professional situation. It is not suitable for deeper transformations such as a new career direction, but can be the 1st step in this longer process. In two hours we will dive right into the specifics of your situation, diagnose what is happening, choose a strategy and set up an action plan for a different outcome.

What's Included?

The Career Powershot includes:

Pre-coaching questionnaire to help us make a fast start & diagnose the areas of focus
Pre-coaching testing to identify your strengths and personality type, which will be debriefed together
1 x 2h min phone or online session
A written summary of the session with clear action steps

Sessions are conducted via Zoom, so location is not an issue.
All sessions are recorded and you'll receive a copy so you can refer back our session as when required.

Any additional supporting material is provided at no extra cost.

How Does It Work?

This is a hands-on session to help you with the actual work needed to follow through with a big decision, work on a business or creative project, role-play for an important interview, meeting or pitch, organize a space, set up containers of time, plan a trip, etc.

Working together we can move through resistance and obstacles and step into the flow of grace and ease, so that what was once daunting becomes doable. An added bonus: there are lots of tidbits of insight, tools, strategies and resources that can be gathered along the way. .

Who is This For?

The power shot is ideal for women who cannot commit to regular coaching appointments due to demanding and unpredictable schedules, but who would benefit from having access to a coach/advisor.

Shifting your perspective and understanding your own process is impossible without someone to see it, hear it and reflect it back
